- Does the HCT calibrate such item? How long does it take?
- Please refer to Calibration/CLEANROOM > Calibration > Accreditation certificates and accreditation items. The time required varies depending on the items and the volume of received work orders. Average turnaround time is one week.
- What should I bring when I place calibration orders?
- Please bring the equipment to be calibrated and a copy of your business registration certificate. For more information, please refer to the "Procedure for requesting calibration > Request procedure and application form".

- How can I check the progress of calibration?
- Once you register with our calibration customer website (www.callab.co.kr), you can view information such as the progress of the requested equipment and the calibration certificates.
- What is traceability fee?
- In accordance with the National Standard Basic Law, the traceability fee is 10% of the calibration fee collected by the calibration laboratory and paid to Korea Association of Standards Testing Association for their business.
- If I have lost my calibration receipt, how can I retrieve the equipment?
- Please come see calibration reception with copy of your business registration certificate and business card. Once your identification is confirmed, your completed equipment will be released to you.
- What is the measurement uncertainty in the calibration certificate?
- Not all measurements can be considered 100% accurate. Therefore, it is necessary to indicate the uncertainty of the measured value. It is also called measurement uncertainty, and this is a suspicion that exists in the measured value.
Measured value = Mean value of measurements ± Uncertainty of measurements It is written as 200 mm ± 2 mm (95% confidence level) in the calibration certificate
The probability that the measured length is within 198 mm to 202 mm is 95% By determining the uncertainty range of the measurement result, we can show the reliability of the measurement value.
