- Measurement of the ordinary environment of the clean room

: Particle (cleanliness), temperature/humidity, wind speed/wind volume, differential pressure, filter leak test, static/ionizer, illumination, noise

- Analysis work

: Particle collection/component analysis, air pollution analysis (negative/positive ion), air flow analysis (three-dimensional air flow measurement)

- Microorganism management

: Floating bacteria, falling bacteria, surface bacteria
