Request by parcel delivery service
01.Dispatch of parcel delivery service
Receipt of parcel delivery service is possible only for measurement instruments that is not broken.
The customers pays the shipping cost of parcel delivery service.
Supplements at the time of shipment: Calibration request form, business card of the person in charge, and one copy of business registration certificate in case of initial transaction
02.Confirmation of receipt
After 1 ~ 2 days after dispatch, please call the reception desk (Icheon: 031-645-6900 ~ 1 / Daegu: 053-582-8525) to confirm that your package has been received.

03.Confirmation of calibration completion
Confirm whether the measurement instrument is completed by phone (Icheon: 031-645-6900 ~ 1 / Daegu: 053-582-8525) or at the
calibration customer site.
The calibration fee is charged only for the equipment for which the calibration has been completed.
Request a transaction statement for the completed case.
04.Payment of Calibration fee
Transfer the Calibration fee to [KEB Hana Bank: 275-22-00848-1].
05.Issuance of calibration certificate and dispatch of parcel delivery service
After the payment of the calibration fee, release the equipment and issue the calibration certificate and tax invoice.
Although it is received by parcel delivery service, if the calibration value may be affected during transport, or if there is a possibility of damage, the release by parcel delivery service may be restricted.
04.Payment of Calibration fee
Transfer the Calibration fee to [KEB Hana Bank: 275-22-00848-1].
05.Issuance of calibration certificate and dispatch of parcel delivery service
After the payment of the calibration fee, release the equipment and issue the calibration certificate and tax invoice.
Although it is received by parcel delivery service, if the calibration value may be affected during transport, or if there is a possibility of damage, the release by parcel delivery service may be restricted.
On-site Calibration
01.Request on-site calibration quotation
Submit status of measurement instruments for on-site calibration (measurement instrument name, model, manufacturer, quantity) and notify HCT.
Send a request for a quotation by e-mail (cal01@hct.co.kr) or use the calibration quotation application menu on the HCT homepage.
02.Confirm the on-site calibration schedule
Confirm the possible dates for on-site calibration with customer.
On-site calibration consultation: Call the main number or email cal04@hct.co.kr.
03.Conduct on-site calibration
Preparations of the requesting company: 1) Secure a space to install the standard equipment for calibration. 2) Collect calibration subject items.
Measurement instruments that cannot be calibrated on site may be calibrated at HCT laboratory and shipped after calibration is completed.

When sending a package through parcel delivery service, please enclose a calibration request form. Dispatch parcel delivery service fee is borne by the customer, and we will pay for return shipping parcel delivery service.
On-site calibration and pick-up/release schedule can be arranged mutual consultation with the person in charge
