Procedures for Requesting Calibration
One stop service from the measurement instrument calibration, repair, and sales
As a professional agency of PERITEC, FLUKE, and TESTO, HCT can support you from equipment purchase to calibration as well as equipment repair (general equipment and particle counters).

01. Domestic on-site calibration / pick-up & delivery / customer convenience service of parcel delivery service
To prevent customer inconvenience and for the safety of the equipment during the transportation of the measurement instrument, we provide on-site calibration, pick-up & delivery, and parcel delivery service. You can use these services by contacting our reception in person or by phone. (However, equipments that can be damaged may be restricted for receipt using parcel delivery service and shipping.)
02. Overseas on-site calibration service
HCT provides overseas on-site calibration service as well as domestic on-site calibration service.
Countries that are currently available for on-site calibration service are China, Vietnam, Romania, and Iran.

04. Application of secure paper and hologram
Calibration certificates are printed on specially manufactured papers to protect sensitive customer information and to prevent forgery.

Experienced specialists visit customer sites to analyze power quality, electric discharge, and provide comprehensive diagnosis and solutions for your production process.
